I attended a business workshop at the hotel. The function room was well appointed. Tea, coffee, lunch and dinner were provided to fit our schedule. An over head projector and power strip were setup when we arrived. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A hot buffet lunch was provided in one if the dinning rooms. There was a nice selection and everything seemed freshly prepared. Dinner was from a set menu chosen before the day. There was a little confusion with our order being mixed up with another dinning room but once the staff resolved that confusion the evening went smoothly. All the food was excellent. The hotel offers accommodation, pool, spa and gymnasium but I did not get to try these as I was not staying.

A lovely spot for a weekend getaway. Bath robes are the uniform of choice! The spa is nice, but doesn't have  a jacuzzi. Really nice restaurant and bar - even if they say it's fully booked  you can normally  get a table if you walk in. Finally, if you get bored, it's not far from Camberley town, which has a few decent shops, bars and restaurants to escape to.

Friendly staff, comfy room but couldn't turn the heating down in our room. Limited selection on the evening menu but had one of the best steaks ever! Yum yum! Very busy at breakfast. Not the best selection but staff found us a nice table and did their best to keep food hot and replenished under high demand and turn over. Fabulous full body massage and use of the pool and steam room & sauna. Would come again for some r&r.

Nice Hotel and staff. Very poor Spa. 
Good points; Lovely food, rooms, surroundings and reception staff.
Bad points; very slow service at bar and restaurant. Very bad was the Spa management / staff, which left my wife in the waiting room and eventually not receiving her booked treatment, but giving her a reduced time alternative treatment, which was 'horrible' in her words and made her come away crying (a hard back massage, when she had requested a light one). Will not be going again.

We had a lovely day at the spa at this hotel. We each had an hour's treatment and could choose from a good range. The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We finished off with a wonderful cream tea in the very elegant hotel.
