Our room had a very strong smell of smoke. I had an event to attend and it made my gown smell. The window had been left open in winter which I can only assume was to try and rid the room of the smell and the room was freezing. However it was clean and reception were helpful. Very limited parking available at the hotel.

Clean, spacious rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Can't argue at the price. Cheap and cheerful and great location for my visit to Sandhurst.

There was nothing that was too much trouble for the staff. We'd had a long drive and arrived late; the staff offered us a seat and a hot drink free of charge as they could see we were tired. Very good rooms too!

Unfortunately this hotel didn’t have enough staff on shift to cope with the amount of customers. Also the room was unbelievably hot and the when the window was opened the noise from the traffic disturbed our daughter sleeping. Also the food was very poor quality and all microwaved
