I enjoyed my stay here, and my room was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was refreshingly varied with plenty choice. Although the rooms are warm, you can open the window and each room had a fan. It was clean and well serviced, I even saw a staff member cleaning around the outside front entrance in the morning.nAll the staff I met were extremely friendly and helpful.nIt was and in a great location, with plenty things to do nearby, and in a quiet side street.
Very Budget friendly and decent hotel to base yourself at whilst exploring Bristol and the surrounding areas. The reception staff were warm and friendly and nothing was a bother. However the room we were allocated on the 4th Floor 407 - W/C Access Room was boiling hot in the middle of the night and we found it hard to sleep. The shower was beautiful, not too hot, not too cold and the pressure was fantastic, the only thing to let the bathroom down was the body wash didn't come out of the pump properly!. I had an incident whilst staying here with another guest discriminating me, however the staff saw what was happening and swiftly dealt with the situation and ensured I was okay. An amazing hotel close to temple meads.
I had a pleasant stay at this Travelodge. It is very close to the train station and in a quiet area. Great and friendly services. The room was standard in size and facility quality like desk, bed, bathroom etc. However, some parts of the room did show that this is an old apartment, for example the carpet, the sink and tap in the bathroom. Overall they didn't bother me too much during my stay, it is just that I left then headed to another Travelodge in Bath after my stay in this one. The comparison was obvious and clear just a comment. Still an option worth of money.
Stayed at this Travelodge recently and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Service was okay—nothing exceptional, but staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Great value for the price, and I’d consider staying here again for a budget-friendly option.
Terrible service and the breakfast was so poor I didn't eat it and that never happens. Eating and buffet area is way too small and over subscribed by teh few staff that are there but they didn't care and mostly grunted at those that dared ask for a plate, juice, food, a seat or even the remove the mountain of dirty plates that were in the 6 tables that are there. 14 quid to pay in the car park which is a hazard to park in. Room was fine but no AC so not ideal. Great location but everything else is awful. 240 quid for the family room too which stings.
