Had a nice time staying here for Christmas, really comfy bed and adjustable temperature control for the room. Nice hot bath and plenty of towels and soap, only downside was the noise from the neighbours who arrived on the second night of three. Maybe could do with some better soundproofing?
Typical Travelodge, clean basic comfortable rooms. Check in was easy, as no one was on desk just called a number and someone was with us in a few mins. Friendly efficient check in.nHotel is attached to services which includes a 24/7 McDonald's so there was a little noise outside from people using that but when the windows were shut it was quiet. Handy for breakfast in the morning with lots of choice.nnUpdate: Stayed again November 2024 and had room on the back, lovely and quiet and no noise heard from the services. Everything else was the same, clean and comfortable.
Stayed here for 2 nights with a large family to attend a wedding 8 rooms in total. It can be quite difficult to deal with so many people at the same time but Katie checked us all in seamlessly and answered all queries we had.nnA big shout out to Mo also who helped us out whenever we needed. He always has a smile on his face and always went the extra mile.nnWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again .
Clean room, handy location, friendly staff, one of many Travelodges that we've stayed in, my only minor complaint is that the bed mattress was past it's best and had a noticeable 'dip' in the middle.
