"Set on the Mendip Hills we welcome tents, campers, caravans and motorhomes to our farm. The 10 acre field is here to be shared with you, your kids and dogs. Plenty of space to run, kick a ball or just relax and enjoy the view. If you want a quiet space off electric we can accommodate you. Or a hard standing or grass with electric we also have that and other options too. And our off electric pitches give you even more space to relax in.Our showers are free and toilets cleanWe have two pubs that can be walked to and both serve delicious meals.Our two cabins Gert Lushing and Country Bumpkin, are available to book too.Try us and come again, most of our visitors do.CAMPSITE OPEN FOR TENTS, CAMPERS, MOTORHOME AND CARAVANS."

The most peaceful campsite in a beautiful setting. Everything is so well laid out, and the communal spaces are clean and tidy. If you're looking for a friendly and quiet campsite, you need not look any further. There's also a great pub just a short, scenic walk away. I hope to visit again soon :
A spacious and quiet site. Very clean, super host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider returning here. The tortoise had a feast on the grass area too, thank you for the buttercups, dandelions and clover.

Well what can I say, this is a beautiful rural campsite, toilets, washroom and showers spotless, checked and cleaned everyday by Mandy site owner, very informative information shed able to hire fire pits and buy fuel etc, plus added extra buy a bag of marshmallows to toast over your fire pit !, if you want peace and quiet no bright lights this is for you. Large pitches, large field for dog walks and runs, walk over the style to to pub, lots of local walks. Our first visit but will definitely be back. Thanks Mandy
We stayed overnight as we had an event at a nearby inn which was an easy mile walk away. It was perfect for us. Lovely site with large plots, a relaxed atmosphere and Mandy was friendly and helpful and, although we were only there for a short time, you got the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble for her. Definitely somewhere to stay when we are next in the area. Thank you Mandy for providing such a gem of a site.
Fabulous campsite. Quiet & relaxing. Pitches a good size. Facilities clean and well looked after. Lots of information for the local area in the info shed. Mandy is a lovely and welcoming host. Pub in Oakhill 5mins walk away across the field over a stile....fantastic food there! Would highly recommend.
What a cracking little find. Owner was super friendly, helpful and funny amenities were basic but spotlessly clean. It is surrounded by a meadow and the paths are mowed short so that you can easily walk into the town across them. I loved it and would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a lovely stay

A beautiful quiet campsite in a lovely rural setting. Facilities are very well maintained with lots of information provided on the local area. Great communication pre-arrival and a warm welcome from Mandy. Thoroughly recommended.
Hidden away, this little gem of a site is small and fairly difficult to find. We needed a site to pitch our caravan at short notice on our way to Cornwall. The owner Mandy is a lovely lady, very helpful and very eager to make you feel welcome. Even though we were only staying for one night she took the time to tell us about what was about and pointed out things like where the pub was, which was very nice by the way. Small and simple toilets and wash rooms, showers and information hut, but extremely clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a caravan or campsite which is quite and simple in this area this is definitely worth a stay. Well done Oakhill Camping and Caravaning site. Thanks for having us.
