We stayed here recently. The rooms are clean and have everything we need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient. We asked a member of Staff Kirsty for tips on where to go with toddlers in the local area and she gave us several ideas for both indoor and outdoor. She was very friendly and patient and didn‘‘t mind all our specific questions thanks again Kirsty!. We also asked another member of staff for extra brew supplies and she was also friendly and helpful Catherine. The location is good for getting to town or getting on the motorway to go visiting. We will stay there again.
The hotel was fine. Didn't see any members of staff but my husband did at check in then all other times I passed the desk it was empty. Saw the bar staff at breakfast. If you've ordered the unlimited breakfast you get a ticket to get 1 plate of hot food. So not unlimited at all. You can't go back and get a fresh plate for more so that was hugely disappointing, I've never been to a Premier inn breakfast like it. Usually it is unlimited and eat as much as you like but not here, so we wouldn't return unless we needed the location again and wouldn't pay for breakfast again.
Stayed in a room with a double bed and two singles, and there was an amazing amount of space. Came with free WiFi, too. The premier inn joins onto a pub, which is extremely handy. Nice place to stay.
During a recent business trip, I dined at this establishment and found the Christmas menu offerings subpar. Furthermore, the surrounding tables and floor were unclean. I would not recommend this location.
