Absolutely amazing....every single member of staff from cleaners to managers were brilliant. All polite and really went out of their way to help us, showing compassion and couldn't do enough. Special thanks to Scott and Jonathan who both went that extra mile
So we're do i start nRoom clean but very dated.nToliet would not flushnHad many bites on my ankles I can only think these come from the multiple dogs that were the lodge.nConstant smell of cannabis not very pleasant.nDoors slaming all hours of the night and floor above us floorboards need replacing.nWe will not be returning to this travelodge staff not always available to speak to about out problemsnDisabled bays were taken up with no blue badge holders
Rooms lovely and clean. Only problem was my dad was in a room on his own and is elderly. I set his heating before he went to bed and it went off through the night and he was freezing so didn't sleep well.
Nice clean, quiet and ideally located. Room was tidy and clean and no noise whatsoever. Will go again to this one as at £39 a night was great value for money
Did the actually stay at this hotel. I didn’t stay because I noticed that the rooms were very close to a railway/ tramline. Also noted that the parking facility was on a first come first serve basis and after a 5 hour drive I didn’t want to have the possibility of not being able to park.
