Fantastic garden centre, it's my favourite in the area! The staff is super nice and helpful, you can feed the fish which is great if you have kids! Great little caffe and a small outdoor playground. Highly recommended!
I rang up to enquire about a specific type of plant that I was after. I got through to John in the gardening department, who was extremely helpful. He then put the plant behind the till with my name on it ready to collect. Superb and very happy customer! Will be returning. Lovely wide selection of well kept plants.
Highly recommend the fish aquarium in Notcutts! I purchased my very first fish tank from them for Mother’s Day 2024! I’ve always wanted an aquarium and I was finally being bought one, I knew nothing about keeping fish or setting up the tank! I thought it would be easy! However, there is lots of things that need to be right, temp of the water, differences in the different ‘stuff’ in the water I’m still not sure what I’m doing but ALL the staff, Tony the Owner, Paul, Emily and other members of staff I have spoken to in the 6-7 weeks since buying my tank I have spoken to, mithered and harassed by returning to the shop to ask different questions and advice have been absolutely amazing! They have been professional, friendly, patient, advised what to do and what not to do etc! I can not fault them! I’ve gone into the shop to buy something that Google have advised and they have advised me NOT to add to my tank and explained why! Even though they could have made a profit from me! they 100% put the fish and customers first before any profit and I will continue to go there for any help, advice and future purchases!!!
Lovely visit today nice to see Santa and all the lovely decorations as always a pleasure to visit nice to let the kids play at the little play area at the back nice toys to keep them entertained and they love watching the fish
Fantastic range of indoor and outdoor plants, all that you would expect with a garden centre and more. Spacious café with an extensive menu. I just had a latté today which was a really good one. Clothing and accessories, homeware and toiletries, outdoor furniture and home accessories, books, toys, cards and gifts galore, something for everyone. Oh, and don't forget the aquarium centre.
