We would fully recommend the Lynwood very clean, friendly and homely.  Lovely breakfast, nice large rooms and good quality towels, bed linen etc. Good access to local bus routes into Manchester city.  We would definately stay here again.

Have stayed  here now on a number of occasions. Rooms are clean, Nice little hotel. Proprietor, very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Would recommend it.

We have stayed at the Lynwood 1-3 times a year, since our little boy was 5 months old. He's now 6 1/2  and loves seeing 'Mrs Lindsay' almost as much as going to visit his Grannie!  Comfy rooms, nice breakfasts, and Kath is always friendly and interested in how our little one has been getting on. "Try it! You'll like it!" as they say....
