Very knowledgeable friendly staff, couldn't have done more for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We needed a replacement fridge/freezer, we tried the usual on line suppliers who advertised 'same day' service, they were all useless with pathetic customer support. Ashley's were a breath of fresh air with their 'can do' attitude. Excellent customer service and same day delivery. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ashley's, they will be our 'go to' supplier from now on. Local, competitive prices and very easy to deal with.

Amazing service! Ronnie was tremendous today! Phoned to enquire re: tumble dryers after mine breaking down- less than 2 hours later he’s dropped it off to my house and taken the old one away! Friendly and professional can’t recommend enough!

We had a problem with our TV recorder. We got in touch with Ashley's, and the problem was sorted by a very friendly and helpful engineer. We will certainly recommend them to others.
We would always shop there. I did suggest to my Daughter to buy from them. But alas they didn’t and now the washing machine which is half the age of ours has gone capput and guess who is doing the washing until they can afford to get it mended.
Bought a pair of speakers, extremely helpful as husband had a million and one questions before purchasing. Very patient!!
I took someone in for repair, she couldn't afford to pay nor did she want to throw away the dvd player. They repaired her dvd player for free! They are lovely and kind people.
