Techpoint has over 15 years experience in the Computer and Internet industry and we provide a full range of services to both home and business users. With our in-store workshop - prompt, efficient and courteous service, we aim to be the technical service provider of choice.

We all rely on computers more and more in today's digital age, and being without your computer for a long period of time is more than just an inconvenience. That's why most of our services are completed same day, and where parts maybe required we aim to return your computer within 24 to 48 hours.

Techpoint stock a wide range of consumer electronics, including laptop & desktop computers, wireless routers, keyboards & mice, data cables & iPhone\iPod chargers, blank CDs & DVDs. In addition we stock a wide range of Printer Ink Cartridges including Pro-Jet and Jet-Tec with prices starting at £3.99.

Well, I’ve just had a brilliant experience using Techpoint. I was struggling to transfer some data from an iPad to a laptop and Paul was on hand to answer my email queries and help find a solution. The service was ultra professional and courteous and I wasn’t charged anything at all (very rare that anything is free these days) despite pestering Paul with emails begging for help! Top marks!

Took my son's apple mac that had a broken keyboard. They fixed the problem in half an hour. The two gentlemen there were helpful and polite. Would use their services again if needed.

Disappointing experience. Strange charging policy and effectively you do not know what you will end up paying until you've gone through a number of stages. Unable (or unwilling) to provide an invoice for the work completed, although information is provided on the generated credit card payment receipt. This is the third time that I've used them and I will be unlikely to go back. What I could have done through a 'factory reset' ended up costing over £150. I'm sure there are better business that provide a more reasonable cost service.

Bought a laptop yesterday for £440 tried it last night and we weren’t happy with the quality took it back today to the owner who refused to refund us full amount would only give us £300 absolutely disgusted with the service!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

I recently smashed my Iphone 6 Plus screen, I was greeted with a warm welcome and informed throughout every stage of the process. My phone screen was fixed professionally for a good price. I highly recommend Techpoint.
