I was able to get my computer worked on immediately. John helped me recover my data from my laptop and for a reasonable price. He also looked for and recommended me a new laptop to suit my needs. Overall, a very reassuring experience. Would absolutely recommend!!
Thank you John, both of the laptops you took under your wing today are now working perfectly, and you being able to do this on a Sunday was a huge bonus. The price was fair and the turnround time lightning quick. I'm not surprised you have a 5 star Google rating and I'm happy to have kept that going. I turned up without making an appointment, thinking it was a shop don't do that, call and make an appointment. Nonetheless as I was there and desperate John didn't turn me away but kindly helped me recover my data from my laptop which I could no longer turn on very quickly and for a reasonable price. He also helped me find a new laptop and his lovely wife gave me advice on air fryers. Lovely, kind and helpful couple. Would absolutely recommend!!
Not all hero's wear capes! Absolutely amazing service and repair. I had an issue with my son's power supply for his gaming pc. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. It was dealt with within 30 minutes and I now have a son who is over the moon and that is priceless! Can't recommend or thank him enough. Don't hesitate to use them, you won't be disappointed! For any issues this will be the first place I will go. Thank you again, you've saved the day!
Been looking for an honest and reliable computer guy for a while. John is extremely professional and knows his stuff. Excellent work and customer service. Would not go anywhere else going forward. Thanks again John.
John was very professional and friendly, keeping me update-to-date on the process. He went above and beyond to try and fix my laptop, unfortunately it was passed the stage of repair and needed to be replaced. He then helped me look for a new laptop, would definitely recommended him.
Went to John after my PC decided to randomly not display anything when turned on. Tried numerous things but couldn't solve it. Dropped the PC off and explained what was happening and what I'd tried and he said he'd see what he could do. Rang me a few times with his findings corrupted motherboard BIOS and within 30 minutes the issue was solved, diagnostics conducted and it was ready to collect. All is working perfectly now - very happy with the service, communication and the sheer speed of resolution. Would highly recommend!
John has helped me a lot in a time in need he replaced my hard drive in my laptop and due to my headphones not working in the laptop was able to guide me on the best thing to do as I had a very important meeting. Thankyou John great service.
Have to give huge credit to John, I had encountered problems with a supposedly reputable IT shop in Rugby where my PC wasn't running to expected standards. Admittedly it wasn't presented in the best conditions due to software issues and having tried to resolve issues myself I made it even worse. John revelled in the challenge and restored Windows onto my new PC in very efficient time and with more a than reasonable charge for his time. Forget the shops, get a car or Taxi to John for all your IT Repair needs I shall keep in touch, great to meet you
John repaired our laptop when its hard drive failed. He conducted the repair very quickly and kept me up-to date on the status regularly. He offered a friendly and helpful service, and fair pricing. He also provided me with a contact for salvaging the data from my old hard drive which was sadly too corrupted for John to rescue. I'd highly recommend John and will definitely be using him again should the need arise. Thanks.
