The service and care that you get at Tracks of Taunton is excellent. They even lent us their van as we had our 3 dogs with us so were not able to use the brand new courtesy car !

I reserved a used Volvo through Ryan from Tracks of Taunton. Customer service from start to finish was exemplary, I found Ryan to be trustworthy and authentic which I think is massive when you are buying a used vehicle. I reserved the car over the phone and it was held over the weekend until I was able to drive up and view it, refreshments were offered on arrival and I was allowed to test drive the car on my own with no hassles. If I had decided to purchase the vehicle Ryan offered to deliver the car and ensure any potential repairs for example, cam belt were completed. Ultimately I'd been in the market for a specific model of Audi which became available at the last minute so I didn't go through with a sale. However, I would highly recommend Tracks of Taunton  to anyone in the market for a vehicle, they're a very helpful and professional team.

Tracks Taunton, situated at Blagdon Hill, consistently provide good service.  I've had two Suzuki cars over the last 8 or so years and have had them regularly serviced, always at a reasonable cost.  They are always fair in their recommendations and all spare parts are priced very competitively.

The customer service I receive from Tracks Suzuki Taunton is consistently excellent. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. I am kept well informed of any work and maintenance that is required on my vehicle and that I wish to proceed should it be found necessary. Highest recommendation

After having a shocking experience at Carbase last weekend, it was with intrepidation that we visited Tracks. My wife had rang them up to 'reserve' a car for a test drive....no deposit required, that is the first plus. We arrived and whilst Ryan was not yet on site, the car was delivered to the forecourt for us to inspect. Shortly afterwards Ryan turned up and what a refreshing change from the weekend. Chilled, funny and interesting. No pressure, no sales speak and very accommodating especially as we decided to look at a different car to the one we had reserved.....sorry!! Had a test drive without him present and on our return, spoke to him about a part ex. A few minutes later a deal was struck. An hour later it was driven away. The best, most professional and enjoyable experience ever for buying a car, even my wife agrees, and not once did we feel any pressure. Everyone at Tracks we spoke to was polite and friendly, loads of coffee and couldn't even put him off his stride when I was contemplating buying a car too!! Ryan you are an absolute credit not only to Tracks but also to the Suzuki brand.

Everyone is so friendly and chatty. Ryan really helped me out getting my finance car upgraded & did everything to make it the best financially for me. I’ve been with the Taunton Branch for years & love the service they provide. They make me feel comfortable & understanding of what I’m doing with my car. Fantastic always!

Just bought my first car from Tracks of Taunton, Suzuki. Had the pleasure of being looked after and helped by Ryan King in order to get my first car on finance and my experience couldn’t be better. Everything was very well explained, very warm and friendly service with a very relaxed atmosphere as well as being very Covid safe! Couldn’t say a bad word! This dealership is great. Ryan is really helpful, no hard sell, Ryan made everything easy to understand. Very relaxed experience buying from Suzuki and Tracks. The service department are great too. Second car purchased from them 2 weeks ago. Very happy. Would not hesitate to use them again. The best dealership I have come across and I would recommend to everyone. The moment you walk through the door you feel at home.

Collected our new Vitara yesterday, very pleased with the car. Excellent service and attention from Ryan especially the efficient and speedy transfer of our Personal Plate. Couldn't have wished for a better experience when purchasing a new car. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan especially when it came to explaining all the tech bits... The whole atmosphere was one of friendliness to customers. Will certainly recommend Tracks to friends and family. Philip & Barbara Wade
