I had an absolutely wonderful appointment at this bridal shop. Audrey really goes the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. She listened to me and made the whole experience really magical.

I was looking for a wedding dress and I have to admit that this was the best shop I have been to. The staff were very attentive and helpful and were not hurrying me. They were not pressurising me to make a purchase there and then, it was a great experience. Although I did not buy my wedding dress there I have really enjoyed it. Thank you!

I am an mature bride (57)  but felt that I still wanted to create an entrance and enjoy my day.
Audrey was amazing throughout - totally calmed me when I wondered if I had done the right thing and went over and above the call of duty to assist in helping me dress on the day.
Talking of dress - my Sophia Tolli Morrigan gown  was stunning - not cheap but worth every penny - a beautiful satin drape dress with lace trim and crystal drops that sparkled as I walked - it was a great success and received a lot of compliments - including from my new husband.
When I told a guest where my dress was from she said that she was not surprised as her Goddaughter had travelled from Beaconsfield to also buy a stunning gown from Once Upon a Lifetime.
Although I will not be buying another wedding dress from the shop - I cannot recommend them enough -  and will certainly be visiting for an evening gown or two !
