Wonderful customer service! The owner goes over and above to help you and always does what she says she's going to do. The clothes I ordered were really good quality and just as described. Very happy customer. Just a fab experience all round.
Fantastic shop !!! I started shopping here last year ....I filled my wardrobe with amazing linen tops and magic trousers. I will be going to visit again soon for some warmer autumn/winter pieces. Really friendly and always helpful ...see you soon x
I love this shop, such a range of great clothes, and very friendly service. I normally visit the store, and spend way more than I can afford because there's so many items to choose, so I thought I'd play safe and order online with a gift voucher. I chose to collect, and items were ready almost straight away. Great quality, matched the description on website perfectly. Thank you Rags!!!
I found Rags last year. I didnt realise the reason I didnt particularly like my clothes or feel confident was becuase I was shopping in the wrong stores. Now I only shop at Rags, everything is so unique, and so many great things to chose from and good prices! Finally I have my mojo back and actually look forward to picking out my clothes for the following day. I now have 4 pairs of trousers, 8 dresses, 1 jacket, 4 tops and 1 jump suit !! :

An absolute gem of a shop. Sarah is incredibly helpful, and she really helped me decide on what to buy. Everyone there is super friendly, and I really appreciated their help. Their clothing is great quality and great value, and the shopping experience is second to none
My daughter and I visited yesterday and bought 3 dresses. Such lovely, high quality clothes, and the customer service is charming and first class. We should all support these fabulous independent shops, where possible.
I wanted to update my wardrobe and found out that Rags offer appointments which I took advantage of. I spent an hour there with my youngest daughter and came out with a good range of items. Sarah was brilliant as she made me feel so welcome but not pressurised. Being a women of a certain age and not usually comfortable trying on new clothes, I was not sure how the appointment would go but I have to say that it was brilliant. A great place and I will definitely be going back.
My partner and I bought two dresses as she couldn’t decide which one she loved more. Beautiful dresses and wonderful service. We will definitely return again soon.
I've lived in MK for for several years but only discovered Rags Boutique a couple of years ago. What a fabulous find ! Beautiful colourful clothes, great prices needless to say my wardrobe is expanding rapidly !
