Nice place to visit when in Leeds. Feeling of old English pub make this place special. Lots of small tables and "secret" places to sit, drink and eat good beer and English food. Worth to spend some time alone or better with a friend's.

Has good character. Nice selection of beers, especially if you like Timothy Taylors

Way too warm, staff not friendly; seemed very fed up to me. First time I've been in and it was busy but, no excuse for poor customer service. Beer okay but glass wasn't clean. I don't think I'll be going back again 🙁 Called in The George near LGI, staff friendly, quick service (a bit more expensive for same beer) but clean glass and good beer

Brilliant pub for the whole range of Tim Taylor's ales. Well furbished City Centre pub attracting a "mixed crowd" from the courts opposite, including the lawyers. Staff a bit young and "texty" on my visit, but a good find.
