I love the tower centre but please put the ticket at the barrier higher, or have one higher up and one for lower, anyone with a jeep struggles to get ticket out or in when leaving lol its so low down.

It is very clean and modern, featuring a diverse selection of shops and a food court that can be accessed via stairs or a lift.

The tower centre is okay with quite a few good shops when they say food court it's a burger king and a Costa coffee. if you're not from Ballymena I can't see why you should go the town is a hole in the ground. It needs knocking down and rebuilding from nothing.

Loads of stores, great buildings. Light & airy feel.

Lost my wallet this morning while shopping approached a member of the cleaning staff who quickly helped me out her name is Janice who went out of her way to help me. I was extremely grateful it turned up and back in my pocket. To the honest person who handed it in I am extremely grateful
