Didn’t appreciate what is thought to be a cleaner opening the door unannounced when I was breastfeeding my new born even though there was clearly a room opposite for said person waiting to change their baby all they had to do was ask for a key, was given an apology on the phone , waiting to hear if anything else has came from it, completely unacceptable that had happened and although while in good reason -being checked by security a bit too often when using the room, I made it clear I was bf and was left alone which was good and well but maybe make it clear to others waiting there is a room opposite to use just ask for the key as bf mothers are entitled to use the space for as long as needed without being tortured or intruded!

Great variety of good shops from the ultra cheap to the top designer brands.

Overall a nice shopping centre. Very disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger shop, bought a pair of jeans at £80.00 discovered a very large fault in them, when I brought them back had to stand an hour while the young man went through the system to find the sale, he didn't and I'm stuck with a pair of jeans that are no good.

The tower centre is okay with quite a few good shops when they say food court it's a burger king and a Costa coffee. if you're not from Ballymena I can't see why you should go the town is a hole in the ground. It needs knocking down and rebuilding from nothing.
