Went to get a refund for a dress I bought which didn't fit. The store at the checkouts and customer service desk were extremely busy as usual with hardly any staff on. Danni and Andy got my issue dealt with at an extremely busy time and were so helpful friendly and professional, thanks, you are a great asset to Sainsburys and I hope that your bosses appreciate all that you do

Nice staff and store generally. But this is reason for three star because I paid for one thing, alcohol. I didn't print a receipt because I didn't feel the need to have it with me. However, when I was leaving the store it was at 5:52pm I dropped some cider from a torn plastic bag. I wanted to pick it up and put it in my bag, but the security guard not very light-skinned approached me and asked such uncomfortable questions that I felt like a thief and people started booing me before leaving. I had to go back and, for God's sake, explain whether it was that stand I had to pay for or whether I had a receipt for it, etc. I understand that it's security issues but now I’m feeling uncomfortable at this moment while writing this comment. I could give more stars for nice alcohol but rest need be improved.
