Not interested in curing the cause of the problem by finding out what it is. Only willing to put you on pharmaceuticals to ease the symptoms, not fix the cause. Ask for any further advice and it's put you on the merry go round wild goose chase, get fobbed off to call back tomorrow and wait another hour on the phone only to be be fobbed off again. Doctors if you ever get to see one are clueless, aloof and dismissive. They try to put you on drugs you don't need. Complete waste of time.
As a patient of Greenmount Surgery, mynnhusband was booked in for a telephone appointment & desperately needed a face to face one. The receptionist at Greenmount was able to book us in with Sarah at Tottington surgery the following day. The appointment was on time & Sarah was very professional & had anfantastic reassuring & calming nature. She gave us time & patience & was very thorough in her examination with follow up treatment booked in. Tower Healthcare has definitely worked in accomdating this appointment & relieving our stress & should be given praise for it's service in difficult times.nnThanks
Absolutely terrible, dont even bother trying to phone to get an appointment, even the website has been taken down. Only way to get an urgent appointment is to wait while the doors open. I am fortunate that only occasionally need the doctors, so maybe months/ years before my next visit. I notice the service and general interest has just gone down at each time of attending the doctors.
I have had occasions to use this surgery thru covid and since, have no complaints, always have my concerns addressed, both by receptionists and the medical team. Hear so many negative remarks about other practices but feel very fortunate to belong to the very excellent Tottington Surgery.
brilliant service today. made contact via ask my GP. had a phone call back within half an hour and offered a face to face appointment in the afternoon. lovely GP, on time and problem sorted.
