Every time you call for an appointment they ask "is it urgent". EVERY TIME!  I suffer mental health issues so it is very easy for me to say no when it actually is. 3 times I have had an appointment that they didn't write down what had happened in the appointment so the next one they didn't have a clue what was going on. The doctors have messed with my meds  4 times without consulting the hospital. Absolutely useless! I'm currently looking for a new doctors. They really don't care for their patients.
