we are very sorry we are experiencing a high number of calls as a result our call queues are currently at capability and we are not able to present your call as answered please call back at another time thank you - i work for government phone lines, and how terrible of phone lines can you have to not accept calls in the queues? shocking services - after getting the above answering machine 32 times, i joined as caller 10 in the queue. if i'm caller 10, is the phone queue capacity 10 people? if so that's even more shocking. highly disappointed in any NHS services we are able to get
I got my implant put in on Monday 24th October, I had Steph put it in for me and she was absolutely lovely! Very calm and reassuring. I look forward to coming here again, the staff are lovely so was the receptionist I spoken too when I first made my appointment… If you are thinking of getting the implant I highly recommend! :
After going from caller number 10 down to caller number 1 a total of 1hour 8 mins I get an automated msg telling me to call back at another time as all staff are training!! Absolutely shocking service, how are you suppose to get an appointment. I gave this review 1 star are there was no option to leave 0 stars
I have been trying to contact the clinic for 3 days now for some results I still haven't received from weeks ago and it is impossible to get through. Everytime I call, I am 10th in the queue and the phone cuts off when I get to number 1. After well over an hour of waiting. No other way to contact them. Absolutely appalling service, I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Really poor. No walk in service. Don’t answer the phone, you can’t even leave a message or join the queue on the phone. You can only book appointments for a coil on a Tuesday? So bizarre like an ancient service. Trafford and salford much better. **update three months later Dec 22 I’m still trying to get through I’m caller number ten in the queue which is small progress as I can now queue to speak to someone. Still one star I dread to think of young people needing help in this area. Didn’t get through to talk to anyone this time. *** update 4 months later Mid Jan 23 cannot get through on the phone even in the queue. Still don’t have coil. Online will not let me book as no appointments available for four weeks. I called GP surgery Radcliffe Medical Practice who had no suggestions as they don’t have anyone trained to install a coil. I’m speculating this is privatisation of the NHS and they don’t give appointments so you can’t see how long the waiting list is. What do you do … we’re Great Britain and you can’t get an appointment for contraception… this blows my mind. ** 0912hrs 11/01/23 - no answer phone shut down immediately as “closed for training, call back after 4pm” AGAIN 11/01 sent email requesting help to their customer services, 19/01 still no response. *19/01 another day the centre is “closed for staff training, call back after 4pm”

We are very sorry, but we are experiencing a high volume of calls. Our call queue is at capacity. They don't even put you in the queue. It's like that every time I call.
What a terrible service! After having to access the service a few weeks ago I've experienced nothing but trouble. Including lost test results and a receptionist who was extremely rude who actually put the phone down on me and was very sarcastic. I have been trying to get through to the clinic for 3 days now and had no success. I understand they may be busy but to sit on hold for over an hour at a time only to then be cut off is absolutely ridiculous. There seems to be no understanding or sensitivity from this service and I am utterly disappointed.
Previous visits and interactions very good bearing in mind I only attend 1 time every 3 years for implant removal and fitting Called every day at 9am as appointments due to covid and day to day basis... since May when my implant was due for exchange and I have been told today to call back on JULY 1st as all the appointments are gone until then. Online service states you can call the number 8am - 8PM this is not the case as lines dont open until 9am, once you get on the line you a repeatedly told to "book online" which you also cannot do as the online service is suspended. This is the same with the Oldham and Bolton clinics which I have also been trying. What an obsolete and ridiculous privatisation of a previously well functioning service!
