Went down to view and learn more about Mini in 2023. Was blown away by the cars and the service from Joe. He was patient and had the answers to all our questions. The facility is top notch and the availability of cars is staggering, at least one of everything on show. It will be a tough introduction to beat while we investigate options in our search for a new car. I'm sure we'll be back.

Was dealt with by Natalie and Lauren when looking into the new Mini electric and petrol models. Both were amazing, friendly and professional. Made me feel very welcome and reassured throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for more in regards to customer service, very very impressed!

I had my mini in with the body shop today to have my bonnet stripes replaced as they were damaged, Chris looked after my vehicle was extremely friendly and helpful. Genuinely seem to care and gave great customer service always a pleasure to come to mini Milton Keynes

Very poor service. I had my mini in at the end of July to get suspension arms changed. They only changed one whilst happily taking payment and promising parts to get fitted soon. It's been impossible to get hold of somebody that is willing to assist me after 6 months of trying.

On Thursday I collected a Mini that I purchased from Mini Milton Keynes.  I had an exceptional experience from start to finish.  Natalie Potter explained everything clearly and made it easy for me.  She regularly texted me with updates. When I was on the test Drive I mentioned that I liked the speed display in numbers on the display.  When I collected the car she had remembered this and had already done this for me.  She made it a personalised experience, helping me set up the car exactly how i wanted it. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

The site was recently visited by a social media traffic warden calling themselves an "auditor", in spite of having zero official capacity in anything of any worth. The best way to deal with these types should it happen again is to say nothing and instead play copyrighted music, rendering their footage worthless. You're welcome.

Fantastic service from start to finish when we ordered my JCW. 5 star rating has to go to sales exec Lauren Marr who kept us informed and explained everything thoroughly. The entire process went off without a hitch and delivery was ahead of schedule. Thank you.

Process from start to finish was absolutely amazing Dominic helped and kept me updated right he way through also managed to find me a great deal he even stayed after closing time so I could pick up the car on new years eve I would definitely purchase again from Jardine milton keynes Thanks again.

Terrible to see their disregard for pedestrians and mobility impaired people.  Considering they claim to make sure they do everything possible to keep a wheelchair accessible park open.  It must be a case of, if your not a current customer, who cares.

Jason was very helpful and professional. He went through every detail of the options available in guiding me through the process of getting my new mini. Would recommend.
