Phoned on Monday re a new care package of 1 hour per day for my Mum. Told them days and times required and was told yes we can accommodate. An appointment was made with Natasha for 12pm Wednesday at my Mums apartment. At 12.30pm I phoned the Ferndown office to ask where Natasha was as she wasn’t with us and I was concerned she had got lost. I was told she was not coming to the appointment as they could now not provide a package for my Mum and that Natasha did not have our telephone number to let us know, even though I gave all personal details on the phone on Monday. If there was a zero rating I would give this agency just that.
I have been with Agincare for 4 years and previously 2 years with another firm, which Agincare bought out, there have been many managers in those years but Zivile is the best, along with other office staff, including "Veronica", Katie, whose names i cannot keep up with. Agincare are the best care firm to work for in the south. Regard Kevin
