Easy to find, had 2 disabled parking bays. Which was right outside the building. Perfect. Can get a wheelchair in entrance. Place was clean and staff was friendly and running a fast service. Would eat there again. If I'm ever in the area in future.
I recently dined at KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road on 23-6-2023 and unfortunately, my visit was marred by a series of disappointments. I feel it is important to share my experience with others to provide an honest assessment.nThe main point of dissatisfaction stemmed from the service provided by the staff. When we politely requested some ketchup and mayo to accompany our order of Mighty Bucket Chicken and chicken wings, we were met with a dismissive response from the main attendant, who informed us that she was unable to fulfill our request. This lack of flexibility and the perceived rudeness in her demeanor left a negative impression on us, tarnishing the overall dining experience.nAdding to our disappointment was the state of the restroom facilities. They were not maintained to an acceptable standard, appearing unclean and unpleasant. This further detracted from the atmosphere and left us questioning the overall hygiene standards of the establishment.nRegrettably, based on these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road as a suitable destination for a family and friends outing. The issues encountered with the service and the inadequate restroom conditions overshadowed any positive aspects that may have existed.nI hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management of KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road. By addressing the areas of concern, such as improving customer service and maintaining cleanliness, the establishment has an opportunity to enhance the dining experience for future patrons.nOverall, my visit to KFC Ferndown - Ringwood Road fell short of expectations, and I encourage potential visitors to consider other alternatives for a more enjoyable dining experience.
Ordered a 10 piece boneless mini fillets bucket and upon arriving home I was eating the bucket. First 2 were mini fillets, then I bit into a bone. Turns out I had been given 2 mini fillets 2 hot wings and 2 original pieces. This is dangerous I could’ve lost a tooth!!! I tried calling the store to which they didn’t answer and the call hung up on me. Please contact me to resolve this issue
Horrible. First of all the service was horrible. They were treated is very badly. The food was okay and the some big chickens were not properly cooked. Very disappointingly we have to bargain for some extra ketchups and mayo. Secondly the shop was not clean enough. We visited on 23 June 2023 by midday.
Very quiet. Food piping hot. Had to ask for condiments. Not as polite as retail park. Staff cleaning tables etc. Very tidy on entering premises.
