Not an ideal location, being inside the Wickes store. There always seems to be a queue whenever I have gone there, and staff do not seem to be in a hurry to serve waiting customers. It does not seem to make a difference if you have made a click and collect order as even though there is a separate till, you still have to wait in the long queue anyway. Other toolstation stores are a lot better.
A handy click and collect service. One of the big name diy outlets will have what you need and often Toolstation does fulfil that need. Parking ok as located inside Wickes. Handy for a coffee next door at McDonald's.
Drove for over an hour to pick up a click and collect. Just open the box and item was clearly broken. The item was a return by the looks of it. Surprised and annoyed that toolstation did not check the item before reselling it. I wasted this evening and tomorrow returning it.
Very nice lady who works at the tool station I cam in for hight viz jackets asked her if there is any in wicks no she said why don't you go tool station and I got what I wanted brilliant price and good quality
Don't bother going unless you need to collect a large order, you'll end up in a large slow-moving queue! You'll get served a lot quicker at Screwfix just round the corner.
Toolstaton is very busy for baying stuff from nearby area. Easy job handy eco and love for shavings and friendly manner place for enjoy talk.
One of my best options
Toolstation is situated at the back of Wicks on the Slough Trading Estate, and is again one of my go to places for items from tools of many applications, and building supplies, and much more. Toolstation is a store which the customer must register as a member, which is no hardship, and items are selcted from a catalogue within the store or online. The staff are always delightful and helpful. I am happy to recommend Toolstation Slough. Tell them Niall sent you, yup! they will not have a clue to whom you refer. Enjoy :-
The idea of click and collect is that the time spent in store is minimal. However, queuing for 20 minutes before getting served then having to wait for the order to be picked, defeats the objective. Let's hope it gets better
