The store has a lot of items necessary to move into a new home. Some of the items seems to be costly. The counter in the front doesn't accept cash or returns. Looks like they face some issue over the tills there. Hence queue in the back tills. Items seems to be of good quality. The staff are okay.
Shop for everything whatever you need from housekeeping to hardware, cookery to gardening, big items to small items. There are 2 sides tills but still sometimes you’ve to be in queue. Easy parking at Fairfield Road Parking.
I am not giving 5 stars since they have some issues at tills always - self checkouts sometimes not works, less staffs at tills which makes long queue at tills. On the other hand, shop have mostly all basic needs at reasonable prices and sometimes at offers. I would strongly recommend to go and explore the items for household, daily needs

Few sections had very limited stock or may be they will restock later. Overall good experience. Nearby parking is available.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful customer service...I wish the hayes branch would learn from them.
Worst store ever, second times being there and again what I wanted never available. And website is showing "only in the store" but after checking post code showing in every store "out of stock", so how to believe in stores, better do shopping online in different place. Really disappointed
Tidy store, location of stock can be easily found as they are are placed neatly. Staff were helpful, although could do with a bit more on the checkouts to reduce waiting time.
store very slow,staff as many as there are 1 till always open and always a que. stocks pretty good and clean,only go there when really need as it's local. needs more cashiers not just stackers
