Poor Customer Service, unprofessional and bad attitude!!! 

Ordered Cement and Ballast after being promised delivery before midday, after numerous calls to find out when the material would be delivered they decided to deliver at 4.30pm with no explanation! Builders waited around all day with not being able to carry out the work. 

Rang Dobsons to arrange a return of the material only to be told there's a charge of £25...despite the fact they delivered 8hours late!!! Bad Attitude, Rude and would never recommend them to anyone, unprofessional!
