Great place to shop, the guys are all very friendly and helpfull, the manager Ram top bloke, very knowledgeable, highly recommended
Click and collect is super fast and convenient, you can park right outside the door, and on a recent visit the staff were very friendly and polite.
They did not inform me that my items I ordered we ready for me. I visited and fortunately the items were there for collection. Except one item that was there but they missed it,so I had to go back.The young man serving was very surly.

Very disappointed from the staff members. Always the make mistakes on click and collect orders. They send messages that the order is ready and when I go to store for collection half of the order is wrong.
I visited tool station Sunbury today and the staff were really helpful. I wasn’t sure which product I needed but the staff helped me figure it out, they were very well informed.

Normally I would give a higher score but not today. The gloss paint in my house is brilliant white and I was re-decorating my bathroom. My local branch did not not have the paint I wanted to finish the work, Crown brilliant white gloss, so I ordered it from a branch 7 miles away. Collected it, drove home, stirred the paint for a long time and started to paint. The paint was a lovely shade of cream. Back to the store, and fortunately they refunded me. However, a large part of my day was wasted.
Some times make silly mistakes..overall good.
