I was very sceptical of using Carpetright Staines after reading the reviews but then thought that a company of their size must have done thousands of carpet installations in the time they received the 7 poor reviews. The service I received was great and the fitters were very professional. It was stated up front that installers must be paid cash and there were absolutely no hidden costs.

Terrible service. Never using them again. Unseen charges that they do not detail, and then when the fitters turn up they ask for another 1/3 of the total price out of the blue. You call up Carpet Right and they explain you've only paid a deposit, but they don't explain that in store, so it ends up overpriced. Go online and get someone to your door and get a quote, costs are stated, job is clear, and the price is alot better.

Very bad service , date arranged for install and told not on system and unable to help. Don't use this store! Rude staff.
