Toolstation Weybridge it was the ladies first shift very helpful and professional. She even wiped all the dirt of the x 7 x 5 litre paint that I purchased. The 2 men put the paint in my car very helpful indeed. I would highly recommend using Toolstation
Toolstation in Weybridge is my local branch and whenever I go in the staff are very welcoming and willing to help me out. It has definitely improved within the last 6 months or so and have noticed some new staff and possibly new management which has made a huge difference to the general customer service in store.
I visited the Weybridge store today and was so impressed. The variety of products are great and what a wonderful selection also the staff were just lovely and we were delighted with the the extremely clean car park. I have never been disappointed with the great customer service and i was offered a coffee whilst the friendly staff went to pick my items.
I hate giving bed reviews but in this case I had no choice. This is happening almost every time I visit Toolsstation . Low price , lots of choices quick service but not helpful staff . If you don't have enough knowledge of what you are buying they are hopeless. ask for help the reply you get is , I am not produced trained. Don't you have any intention of learning, no he says..once I didn't have my reading glasses young boy replies can't read either. Sorry to criticise. Especially nowadays with current situation businesses are suffering they make you go competitors
Nothing against Tool Station and the products.. happy with the service of some employees and goods.. Except for one employee who works at our local branch in Weybridge. Unfortunately this is not the first time that the manager, Mo, has been rude to us. Previously when we had asked to see products before purchasing he would be reluctant and you would feel that you are inconveniencing him and that it is a big issue for him to show you the goods. You just feel he is not happy about serving customers and there is the question of why work in retail then? However, in the past we have ignored his rudeness with a smile. But on this occasion he had more attitude than normal and was extremely rude. When we mentioned to him that this is not the way to speak to customers he started getting defensive and made us feel very uncomfortable. Never again will I go to this shop.. no thank you ... I will take my business to another branch or shop online... or go else where.. Screw fix is just across the road :-
Well they send you message to come and collect your items but when you arrive its shut/closed even though its says its open online so I wasted my time and petrol and got to told to come back later when they feel like opening the store.... That's just disgusting
