I went in the store to look at bathroom department. The lady there- Anna - was very helpful with her advice on shower cubicles versus walk in showers. Also offered tiling ideas. I would recommend her.

This really is a great and helpful store Fred Finn Most Travelled Person Guinness World Records 718 flits in Concorde 15million miles I was back again at this branch of jewsons and saw the lovely Micha again.. I was served on this occasion Dan who found exactly what I wanted to clad the inside of my external terrace room. Dan was extremely polite and helpful. It's. People like Dan that get people coming back and back again to Jewsons Terrace Rd. I certainly will you get good old fashioned knowledgeable help here. Saved my day ! Needed a tiny bit of rock wool to repair my chimney on my houseboat, called them Saturday morning and they said they could help as they had a spoilt roll. Popped down and they let me take the little bit I needed and at no charge : Thank you so so much. Great community spirit
Very patronising and clueless kitchen designer who thinks he knows everything. His sales tactics are demeaning and rude yet he complains that he can't sell kitchens, I wonder why?!

Just been in to this establishment. Totally ignored by the four stooges Behind the counter until I spoke up twice to let them know I was there which they clearly already new. The grey haired old stooge gave me the 'daggers' for having the audacity to speak up, whilst the other stooges one eating his lunch looked aimlessly around trying to determine who could be bothered to serve me. One stooge then told me ' the way it works' which is completely at odds with every other time I've been there and paid for the item, then collected it from a yard hand. I was then told they didn't have enough stock of what I needed. Absolutely non existent customer service. Oh, if it's a competition around who can be the most obnoxious, grey haired old stooge gets it, really well done; just a look, no words! Sorry for putting you out guys!!!
Diabolical service and poor quality products, supplied 3 skirting boards which were all warped and had to be taken back, at great inconvenience to myself as my carpenter would not use them. Staff didn't know what they were doing and when I complained to the manager, he didn't seem to care. I would not recommend and will never return, nor will my carpenter or builder. Surely in these difficult times companies would try and give excellent service.
As a merchant's it's good. Like everything it could be improved. Later opening times and maybe even just a few hours on a Sunday for all of us who work every day no matter what day it is. This must be the most frustrating part of the industry, nowhere is open on a Sunday, unless you want something from B&Q, unlikely though
We've always have excellent service and advise from this branch.. General speaking Jewson have very good prices.
