They have a very wide range of timber at a decent price, wider than most merchants. Good cutting service. 
Anything else is overpriced, also no product has a price on the shelf. Majority of staff are incoherently unapproachable.

The store manager and deputy are friendly and try their best.
However have limited control on goings on as 1 half of the brand owner is stationed here and he appears to still think it’s 1978 not 2018.

If you’re after some non standard size timber I’d reccomend, if not give it a wide birth.

I always order my wood from here, very good price and the delivery is quick, (Often same day) for only £6. Strongly recommend them.

Literally the worst, most unprofessional store ive ever been in, the store is disorganised and looks a mess all around. When walking around the store a large foam block feel from a high shelf nearly landing on me and another customer in the store. And the absolute worst part of the visit, I wanted some paint mixed up, waited by the man who was helping someone else at the mixing machine, when he had finished helping the other person he just blanked me and walked away, i went to the checkouts to ask for some help getting some paint mixed which literally ended up with the man who had blanked me previously and a colleague standing right in front of me argueing about who was going to mix the paint. I walked out of the store then and there and went somewhere else for the paint. If your in ashford looking for some supplies i would avoid this place at all costs. The place i went next and had delightful service was Tom Harris DIY Supplies in woodlands parade in ashford. Its a small place but the service is much better.

Dirty, disorganised, no prices on anything. How much they charge seems to depend on whether they like the look of you. An opinion that's been confirmed by local tradesmen who say the same thing. And when you do find out how much something is then it's inevitably more than you'd pay anywhere else.

Miss having a convenient store for DIY bits on this site, but it's worth traveling further to shop elsewhere.

Went to buy some paving slabs guys we're extremely helpful and friendly. Guy in garden centre lovely has some really different plants and obviously loves his job.
