Price was good, delivery was quick. However Item arrived in a box that had been opened and resealed with brown tape, there was lots of damage to the box. I then realise it had been packaged in a different box that was not designed for it and the model numbers on the box confirmed this. Luckily apart from the manual being torn I couldn’t see any other damage. 

Update they called me to explain what had happened and apologised that I wasn’t told about the issue. Moved to 4 star as they were honest and will give another go.

Decided to get a new leaf blower...Already got a Stihl asy home and wanted a bigger one for another house. Spoke to my local garden machinery supplier and he quoted well over £300. Google worked a treat and found Tool Britannia, phoned up and checked that the item I wanted could by posted out (they have to hand over certain items like chain saws and hedge cutters owing to safety issues). The price delivered next day was less than £225. Saved me the time and cost of driving to collect it from my local supplier and I saved over £100. Item should be en route for delivery today. I don't have tracking info for a carrier which is the only complaint.

Bought a Makita Table Saw, arrived 8 days late.  Had to hire one in the meantime as needed. Could have bought this 3x over by now.
When arrived all the box damaged and taped up, saw table inside all bent out of shape.  Taken a further week to sort out a refund which I'm waiting for and for the saw to be returned and NO compensation!!!!!!  AVOID

This saw has been returned to you on 2nd august but still no refund.  Now you won't reply to my emails or answer the phone to me
Trading standards are now involved and a PayPal escalation has been activated 
Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
