Went in one day got a quote, next day went to purchase and different staff member claiming to be the boss tells me quotes wrong and I cant have it for the quoted price, untill the other guy turns up and all of a sudden the price was ok ???? Then the same guy claiming earlier to be the boss charges my card more than the quote, so I complain ? He pretends it was a mistake then asks for my card pretends to do a refund money was never refunded ???i didnt bother chasing it up the tramps can have the money, will never use them again ! Stay well clear of this branch !

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Only care for sale. I have made 3 trips to the shop now to collect some tiles. They ordered the wrong ones first and the 2nd time. Third time one of the tile broke. They only got 4 of the other 6 tiles that I had ordered. No apologies but only defiance. I am stuck unable to complete my bathroom. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Avoid at all cost.

Best to avoid Al Murad. As a former employee I would never shop here. They have no ICT based stock control system, so you will never know when your order arrives in store. The staff are very quick to grab your money, but when it comes to your order, well that's a different story. Management is terrible, communication is poor between stores and their main warehouse. I cant even count the number of times orders arrived incorrect. I feel sorry for the staff who are decent and very hard-working people. Most earning below the legal minimum wage. They really do work long hours. Some colleagues I met do not have legal permission to work or stay in the UK. I am surprised that HMRC have not noticed this. Immigration should really take action as well. The Owner of the business, named Irfaan, has stores across the UK. They even sponsor Sony TV Asia. Despite this I have never witnessed such appalling business and customer service practices before.

Best tiles shop in England, if you are looking for tiles first choice is AL-MURAD TIES. they do have world class tiles range on very low price, it can't be beatable by any other tiles shop.

highly recommended tile shop, If you are looking for a massive choice of tiles then get along to this tile shop, or buy ONLINE The prices were really good too, Well worth visiting!
