I have received one of the best customer service experience at Howdens Thornton Heath. Nemi was attentive to our needs and able to design a kitchen which looks good. Unlike most sales people who would sell something and leave it at that Nemi went to great lengths to ensure that my wife and I had the kitchen we wanted and checked up with us until it was completed.

Poor service. Be careful of this company. They will likely rob you. 

Their warehouse guy says he treats the staff like dirt as well. Where are there morals?
