Very helpful staff in a very well stocked shop. I am not in the trade or anything, just for some domestic DIY - but I have never been in there and not come out with what I want, and a deeper knowledge of whatever problem I am trying to fix. Very helpful staff.

I live nearby and use these guys a lot. I have bought things for pence and they let me pay contactless, they cut wood to size and give advice upon request. They can get what you need as if they don't have it they get deliveries from their Caterham Branch. For my most recent project they delivered to my door for free because my car wasn't big enough. I do quite a lot of woodwork, they can only supply pine so you know. But they're helpful guys and their prices have surprised me how reasonable they are. They're great for pine timber and tend to have most DIY needs.

A good selection of tools and materials for your average DIY enthusiast or professional tradesman.
Dunwoody's have a reasonably decent stock of wood out the back and are able to order and cut to size as required. Very handy for a local without a car and the need for strange pieces of wood every now and again.
Competitive pricing.
