Rude employee drop my tools for repair refused to book it in saying that i had the option to take the tool with me as it show as stolen and that if he booked it in i would not get it back, i then explained to him that the tool is not stolen and that if he look into the account it is registerd to me and it was hilti them self that marked it as stolen. He refused to check and i explained that even of it was stolen that as it registered me I bought it it would be sent back to me. It been over two months now and despite report the issues to their credit services and customer service am yet to receive an apology or the tools back. I did record my experience and will be posting it on social media it high time people start to see things for what they truly are arrogant and rude employees which sometimes feels that you are speaking to robot that are reinforced what they have been programmed to say.
Another quite useful store just besides the Purley way, Thornton heath, and Croydon right on its doorstep step, easy access to the M25, A22, A23 & A24, Parking is poor, and with so many Street - cameras and wardens floating, choose carefully where you put your car / van.
Staff very helpful and went further and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my enquiries. To be honest I was probably a bit of a pain but the staff were still very positive and extremely helpful regardless.
Good service and their products don't require recommendation.
