Chips were cold and soggy and tasted weird, burger was half the size of the bun and the bun was also soggy. Never order from here, total waste of money, I binned more than I ate!

First of all delivered without chips, not the end of the world but when I called to state this fact I was told I would now have to come collect them and when I said I wouldn't order again should they not fulfil the order I got the response "That's fine" I then got a call back stating I could have the chips if I waited 40 minutes with no apology for the previous outrageous treatment. This couldn't even be saved by good quality food in the first place. Would put half a star if I could. Is it good value for money if it's cheap but the food is worthless? You decide.

Really bad service. Ordered a pizza and other food and was told it would be 45 minutes. Waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes so phoned up and was told it was on its way. Got the food after 1 hoir and 30 minutes and the pizza was cold, I phoned up and spoke to a rude man who said pizza takes 1 hour, I said that that wasn't what he had said earlier, he offered discount next time we order but I said that wouldn't be necessary as I wouldn't order from them again.

What's wrong with all these reviews? This my local take out and it's perfectly fine. I've bought food from this place probably over twenty times and it always lives up to expectations. Sure it's not the Ritz but it's just the local takeaway.
