Went in for breakfast standard McDonald’s breakfast but it was warm tasty and filling so all good really. We used table service and when it arrived we were missing our hash browns but our server couldn’t apologise enough and soon sorted it.
I have tried emailing corporate regarding this too in hope he gets some recognition...nHarry!!nOn the 14th October at around 13:30pm i was witness to Harry your member of staff supporting an elderly couple to order their food. He was so patient, so kind and really made an impression on me as a bystander. He spent alot of time making sure they were happy with what they ordered despite it being really busy. He even saw their order through to the end. As he handed it over he explained exactly what was what, which clearly put the couple at ease. Harry was a really polite gentle soul and absolutely should receive recognition for going above and beyond for customers, particularly those who may have difficulty navigating the self service. Great job Harry! Young lad with a grey uniform on, so I assume not a manager. Please do hold onto him he's an asset!!
I always go to this McDonald's and never have major issues, only minor but tonight was different. Before sending orders out, I would definitely check to make sure all the items are there and definitely check the food quality. Tonight we had missing items which we got a refund for already, no big deal and the food we got that had tomatoes was bad. The tomatoes looked fine but smelled bad, taste bad, and was very slimey more than it should be and left people in my house puking actually puking. Just please check next time before an order is being sent out.
Customer service was excellent had a issue with my order and macenzie sorted it out was very satisfied with the experience and cleanliness of the store*
The food that I ordered looked amazing on the menu however when I went ahead and ordered it I was given the most disappointing burger I've ever seen, as you can see from the picture there is barely any ketchup on here and barely any onions when the burger was meant to have plenty of sauce and a lot of onions, you call that a lot of onions? Did the burger boy fall asleep? What a let down, the atmosphere wasn't amazing, lots of chavs roaming around, didn't feel too safe, felt like I was going to get attacked.
