The only issue I have is that when you place an order through the mcdonald's app, they send the wrong items. But overall, it's a nice place to eat.Food: 5/5
we had 3 different orders and all didn't come with dips which = 16 dips. No straws so 9 drinks and no spoons for ice cream - 4 Didn't no it was that hard to follow an orders ‍ just take my money thanks for nothing .Food: 3/5
Worst McDonalds I have ever been to you wait at least 15 minutes for your order while they see to the delivery drivers you got the manager and her colleague standing at the counter where they bag up the food on there phones texting and people where commenting on them texting if they where as quick to see to the customer as they are replying to there phones it would be all. Rubbish service won’t be back
The staff are snappy and derogatory to trainees. ONE older lady does all the floor cleaning, bins inside and out and toilets whilst the staff just stand there. My burger wasn't exactly warm and other people said the same. I go to kfcFood: 2/5
Arrived order my food for takeaway collected wasn't very busy but yet they still made a mistake with order but was to late to change it as already left to go home wasn't going to turn around to go back child drink was wrong instead of coke we got sprite this isn't the first time they have made mistakes with our orders can understand at busy times but not when they aren't busy not happy as keeps happening every time we go they mess something up with the orders
If I could give less than 1 star I really would. The standards of McDonald’s in recent years have dropped significantly. In both service quality of food and customer service. The restaurant was almost empty 20 or so members of staff in there several of them standing around chatting about their social life instead of dealing with customers. 3 times I had to ask where and how long my food will be. I watched my coffee be put on to the side to be served which sat there for 20 mins which by the time my food was ready it was cold. The staff seem un interested or sorry that I was waiting over 20 mins for a simple cheese burger and fries. They seem to be priorities Uber eats and Deliveroo and the drive through but leaving there standing customers waiting longer. I really only go to McDonald’s now if I am desperate for a quick bit of food im in on the road but I really don’t rate them any more. This was the place I used to love going as a kid but unfortunately for me it’s not a very well run company any more and it’s gone downhill. And this I feel is company wide not just Huntingdon as this is a regular occurrence in most restaurants I have been too in recent months.
Evening Manager Katie was really helpful. Great customer service from her. I have to say it some of the best service I have had there in a long while. Polite and professional Thank youFood: 5/5
Store is not 24 hours like advertised. People may be in the building but no work is being done. I have wasted petrol a few times just to find out it’s closed. One time it was open two colleagues decided to argue while dealing with my order calling each other liars. In no rush what so ever to return.Food: 1/5
Really long wait for just a coffee. Annoying to see a staff member order at the counter ,collect his food and scoot off for his break while I was waiting with half a dozen others. Sharp turn into the car park always seems 'awkward' to me with cars coming out
went through the drive-thru twice, encountered lewis who was a very charming chap, very charismatic for his age, super customer service and a great laugh!! dont put the man on window one when its freezing, atleast get him a heater or a wooly jumper, id give 5/5 just for his fingerless gloves!! lewis really made the experience for us, hence why we came twice :
