I do like Frankie and Benny's. The staff are very helpful and do their best. It is exactly as you would expect in a place like this and on their website they do tell you about food allergies which I suffer from, however a little faster would be nice after you placed your order to serving and perhaps they should rethink their complementary foods to compensate for keeping you waiting. There's nothing wrong with garlic bread unless you're dairy intolerant and that uses butter - at least I think it does as it doesn't show up in the dairy-free choices on the website. Won't stop me going back though!

My first and only time at Frankie's and benny's and it's kind of put me off for a while. The food wasn't very nice. The prices were rather expensive. We explained to the waitress it was our first time there and she was lovely. But shortly disappeared and was stuck with other grumpy staff members that were rude and very unfriendly. Was looking forward to going there with my child but decided against it.

The place is under staffed, looking very run down! You can see why F&B's are struggling as a business. The menu is poor, quality of produce questionable and very cheap. The gents toilets were gross, smelly and blocked, nobody had looked at them for hours 🤢 Very slow service, not enough staff for the number of customers. For a British chain trying to appear as an American dinner, it's the most un-American experience I have ever had.

Absolutely first class service, the meals were a little bit overrated. Bacon cooked to black and dry, tomatoes were almost raw, four fried eggs from just cooked to solid. Herby potatoes that had no herb on them.

Huntingdon f&b is a joke. When asked the waitress how long the wait for food is she said 10mins max which suited us as we were in a rush. 25mins later still waiting! People who came in and ordered after us had all had their food and still no sign of ours. Cancelled order and walked out and won't be returning.
