the food was a poling, stale chewy absolutely nothing to do with good or mediocre food the sweet and sower souce was just plain vinegar chiken smelled like it's a week old absolutely disgusting.. I highly recommend that nobody goes there rant over 30 quid down the toilet..

Very disappointed tonight. We have been using the Golden Lake for many years but have moved house this weekend and needed food. We ordered on line and the order was accepted. We paid for delivery which we have never had to do before. When the food arrived the driver told us he has been told to tell us not to order from them again as they will not deliver here and do not deliver to this area??!! They are listed on the "Big foodie" app for this area. Very annoyed. If we weren't so hungry they would have been taking tonight's food back with them too. Time to look for a new Chinese then!

The food is quite something, delicious, delectable and always on time. The authentic taste and fast delivery keep me comming back for more... My favourite is a Sharon special, a szhechaun dish everyone should try atleast once.
