Sorry to post a negative review, but I have to be honest? I am disabled and come to town on my mobility scooter regularly, and want to give my positive and negative opinions. 
Positive 
- excellent blue badge parking since the building of new shops. 
- nice to see plenty of police both parked in cars and walking around the town. 
- good range of food including vegetation and vegan. 
Negatives 
- staff standing near to tills not going to help till staff (3 tills staff have arms in air). 
- disabled toilet locked, sign saying 'sorry toilet closed, please use disabled toilet).
