Put a relaxer on my hair which completely damaged my hair to the point I thought I was going to have it all cut off into a pixie cut. The staff at Toni and Guy were absolutely amazing, Sam who done my hair and Lewis who helped did such an amazing job and we’re so friendly and only having to have it cut shoulder length was such a relief. They honestly worked wonders on my hair and did such an amazing job, thank you so much Toni and Guy!!!

I've been going to Toni & Guy Newcastle for years since it was in Monument Mall. Katie has been doing my hair for years now and does it perfect every time. The staff are always on time, always friendly and always helpful. It might be expensive but you get what you pay for, a top quality service.

I always have my hair done by Caroline who is lovely. She always does what I want and doesn't go rogue like other hairdressers. She also gives really good hair advice.

Made an appointment for 3o clock, arrived at 2:45. Sat down and then got told my hair is too thick and long to do because she was running late. Then got sent out. Disgusting service clearly staff need training with communication and teaching how to tell the time.

Very frustrated with Tony and Guy after the last few appointments I've had. The first time I went must have been nearly three years ago and the woman who cut my hair was fantastic - took the time to really understand what I was after and made me feel like my damaged hair was salvageable. I'm sure she told me that she cuts pixi lott's hair or someone famous like that, wouldn't surprise me because the way she did the cut was excellent. Haven't seen her since though so I'm assuming she no longer works there. 

However every time I've returned I'm left more disappointed with how rushed the service is and how the stylists stick to their own way of doing things rather than trying to adapt to what you want. Each time I've been wanting about 3 inches cutting off to really get rid of the dead ends and make my hair look healthy again, but they never listen and by the time my hair grows back a bit, it just looks scraggly. I don't think this service is worth the money at all, fair enough if it was cheaper it would be understandable, but to keep paying their prices I would expect the service I had the first time. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.
