Came to have my hair cleansed and prepared for a balayage, had the lovely Becca, she was nothing but professional and friendly at the same time, i felt so at ease and relaxed, And the result proved that I was right to choose here for what i want done, My boyfriend took the photo and as such hasnt done it justice, but i have never felt this confident in a long time. Will be back to finish the product soon

Excellent. The place itself has a lovely atmosphere. The music isn’t too loud unlike others I’ve been to. Ruth is brilliant. The first person in a long, long time to listen and do what I really wanted with my hair and get the colour perfect. She is really friendly and professional and takes time to listen. The reception staff are really friendly too. This is my new and permanent hairdresser from now on.
Had my hair done by louise today. I can honestly say id never go back now iv been robbed. She was so rough my head has been throbbing all day. She left me for along time with the highlights saying it needs longer to lift. Iv had my hair done by a few lasses here and always been happy and never had to wait that long that i was getting so agitated. My hair is grey not blonde far to much purple shampoo. its cut far too short and iv never been charged £170 for half head of high lights and a cut. Alls i can say is absolute torture for the price at a regis salon i hope my head stops throbbing. Im absolutely so embarrassed to go to work that is how bad it is. I really want them to justify the price to me. The whole experience was so unprofessional.
From the moment I walked into the salon I felt rushed. I started explaining what I wanted and she just cut me off to say yes okay I get it. She started cutting my hair at speed without taking on board what I had asked for so I had to interrupt her to ask for it to be shorter like I had asked. During the blowdry I was rushed, was stabbed in the eye by the hairbrush and my head yanked backwards when she got my hair tangled in the brush and she kept burning my scalp with the hairdryer. I was nearly in tears so left without saying anything as I felt so uncomfortable. Waste of my money and I will not be recommending
Been to another Regis before where I went and had a skin test and a chat about my hair. Decided to use Newcastle instead as it was convenient. Rang ahead and told them what I wanted to do, that I had a skin test and was this okay and they agreed. I got there and right from the beginning the experience was awful. It resulted in me unable to have anything at all. They agreed to do a strand test and wait 10 minutes and within 2 minutes came back refusing. I was spoken to like a child, I explained my knowledge on my hair and my previous experience and they still spoke to me like I was young and clueless. I was actually older than they thought. Now I get the clients hair condition is the most important and I knew my hair was going to get some labour of love however, to be spoken to like I was ended up in me very upset that I just didn't want anything at all.... yet another Regis Salon said it was ok to do?! I'm very experienced in a client's journey and this is not it!
Had my hair done by Debbie K today, washed and blowdried - I came out of the salon feeling great! She did my hair beautifully and was very kind. A very calm atmosphere which I liked! Thank you again!ServicesHair straightening, Hairstyling, Blowdry
First time here and I was very impressed. The salon was exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff member who greeted me on reception was very friendly. I was taken by my stylist - Sharon T- at exactly my appointment time, to her chair where she asked me what I'd like, and advised me what would suit. Turned out she was spot on! I left feeling great with a new hairstyle that really did take 10 years off me. Added to that, she showed me exactly how to dry my hair when I do it myself! Thank you Sharon! It's definitely not the cheapest, but it's probably the first time I've left a hairdressers not wanting to wash my hair when I got home! Perfect!
My daughter and I both had gels done by Megan on the 24th December. It was a really lovely experience, Megan did an amazing job on our nails, she was very friendly and really helpful with us trying to choose colours. Will definitely be coming back for more treatments with her and would definitely recommend Thanks againServicesService not listed
Love getting my hair done by Julie C. I feel amazing after getting my hair done by her. She is good at what she does. I appreciate a hair dresser with a knowledge and such a detail to her work that she does! I feel and I see results every time I get my hair done by Julie. It a quality work and makes me feel great and always look my best for a long period of time my hair looks in such a good shape. Would recommend booking in with her. Lily ‍
