Booked thru Groupon about 6 weeks ago and went Friday for highlights, wash cut blow dry deal. Lovely stylist friendly and salvaged my hair after a bad haircut at walk in place back in July. Stylist was shocked at what other place had done and had to cut loads off my length to make it look better. Pleased with result. All positive aside for at time of booking I enquired if there was a sur charge for thick or longer hair and told No, as some other places off Groupon were adding this on top of price either £5 or £10 when rang to enquire. Whilst in there they then said there was a £10 one which I paid as was embarrassed to question it seen as told at time of booking there wasn't one. Highly recommend the place though stylist was lovely

Absolutely disgusting. Partner went in for trim and came out with everything wrong. Partner was specific and reminded every so often yet still everything wrong and even came out with a small bald patch after hairdresser mis-shaved. Tools weren't used professionally either. Only pro was the use of a coupon for a discount. Would never recommend.
