I've been a regular with Claudia for many months and she always gives me exactly the cut I want and leaves me feeling confident in my new hair. She always appreciates and encourages my adventurous hairstyles with enthusiasm. She gives great advice on what style would personally suit me. Overall great salon, all the staff are friendly and the environment is welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely keep coming back!

Claudia was fantastic. I originally booked in for a consultation and patch test to discuss my ideas and see what was achievable. Claudia was realistic and we set a date for the hair cut and colour. She was professional and friendly and consulted with me at each stage. I felt listened to and subsequently booked in for another cut and colour which was just as good. A wonderful experience, today was my second haircut with Aki it was fantastic. She is a super talented hairdresser and a lovely welcoming person who really knows her stuff. She always answers my many questions with expertise and my hair has never felt healthier. She is patient and takes the time to make sure it is exactly what you want. I've been to Nicholas Mark 4 times and always come out feeling great with a fab haircut.

A very professional and friendly atmosphere. The hair stylist Greg was extremely knowledgeable with different styles and was very good at asking probing questions to ensure the customer was completed satisfied. I had a great experience with Ali, who wonderfully big-chopped my hair anew and used specialist curl products to style it.
