I went in Toni & Guys on a whim as it is more expensive then Im used to but so glad I did. Fantastic staff and felt so well looked after by everyone from the lovely colourist to the great young lady who washed my hair and the male stylist who gave me a fab haircut ...the chairs were comfortable and I usually suffer pain when having my hair washed with the uncomfortable sinks etc, but not here sinks adjusted for your height and gel neck pads .Chairs that recline and lift your feet off the ground and massage your back while your hair is being washed.....bliss.....Thanks guys well worth the extra pennies xx

Very expensive and don't do what you asked for. Insist in changing your mind on what you really want. And I was charged by their own mistake.
