Excellent service, amazing talent and friendly atmosphere combined with very affordable prices

Been here many times and always come out feeling great. The aromatherapy etc is a lovely touch during the hair wash. But a couple of times I have come out with underwhelming results.

Cannot fault this salon, great service,  lovely staff and Eleanor is just amazing! Eleanor has been my stylist for over a year, she listens to what you want and gives great advice. I trust her recommendations on what is best for me and she has never let me down! I've always come away happy with my cut and colour. This young lady is a true asset to this salon

Eleanor is amazing, she's great and makes me feel fantastic every time I visit. Very professional and nice decor in the Salon.. My boyfriend loves the coffee and the mince pies are awesome..  Definitely five stars..!!

Highly recommend!! Asked for a last minute booking before I went away and they got me in straight away. Staff are extreamly friendly to everyone that walks through the door and are really good at what they do. Couldn't be happier, thank you!

The service was way way way below average. I had requested for the stylist not to use heat on my hair but she had insisted to use straighteners rather than wetting my hair to get an even cut. I then had to give in and made it clear that it was then important for her to use heat protection as my hair really doesn't do well under heat. She then proceeded to straighten my hair without putting any heat protection. I then asked her if she could put some heat protection on and at this point she lied to my face and said she had. I was literally gobsmacked as she hadn't put a single drop of product in my hair. I am not sure if she thought i was a fool or blind. I then would ask her to cut my hair slightly differently but she would weasel her way out of it by saying it wont look good. In all i paid £25 to get my hair trimmed in a straight line with two thin slightly shorter strands of hair around my face. If you ask me the stylist was very lazy and wanted to get the job done ASAP bearing in mind there was no customers in the salon so it wasn't like she was swamped. Never going to this salon and wasting my money again, I suggest you do the same.

First time back in a salon after 15 years and am absolutely over the moon with result!! Went for consultation and initially spoke to Jody at front of house who was polite and very knowledgeable then introduced to Amy for colour consult and booked in straightaway!! Balayage result is amazing, have had so many comments already and recommended Glo, Amy in particular to several friends and colleagues

I've been going to this hair salon for three years now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else unless I ever moved over an hour away. Great service and Amber does a great job with my highlights. Would highly recommend

Will absolutely be back! Super service and very much put me at ease after a hair disaster at another salon. Lovely decorated salon, clean and relaxing and great service from everyone. Would recommend.
