Treated my daughter to both hands and feet for £18 as a treat but within two hours one nail completely peeled off and two others half off . ends chipped way too easily when I tried to ask for a repair and explained that due to work commitments couldnt come til saturday was told it would be another £5. very annoyed at poor job and very poor service

I have been going to this establishment for a number of years now, approximately every two to three weeks, and apart from one occasion when the nails were not done very well, they did them too thinly and they all pinged off the first week of my holiday, they then got rid of the person who had done the bad job and I've never had a bad experience since. It could well be that being in the sea/swimming pool had some detrimental effect too so perhaps not even entirely their fault. But they have always been very pleasant and I've never otherwise had any cause to complain. I'm going there again this Saturday and wouldn't go anywhere else.
