What a lovely experience and a great way to start the Christmas holidays. My daughter and I both had a manicure and  they were extremely good quality. The attention to detail was fantastic and we both love our nails. I had my eye brows threaded and was very happy with the result. The ladies were very friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be going back in the future.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Back in March I came here to treat myself for Mother’s Day before going on holiday. It’s not the 1st time I’ve been here for a treatment & each time I’ve had a treatment  the ladies are always very friendly. I had a manicure & deluxe pedicure. They are always working hard & do such a great job & I always leave feeling pampered especially on my feet   . I don’t get my nails done all the time but, if & when I do I will be returning here to have it done again. Thank you ladies Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I have been using Serenity for a few years now. Have always had 5* service. The beauticians are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable. Always make you feel comfortable and at ease. Like the option of walk in, book in advance and online booking. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a tidy up of my eyebrows and left with half an eye brow on each side! Tail of my brow totally removed from one side and majority of the tail removed from the other. Girl that done them said there was nothing wrong with it just said she removed excess hair and when I challenged that my half my eye brow was missing then finally agreed it was bad, own up to a mistake and don’t make the customer look stupid. Manager and member of staff didn’t seem that bothered and manager told me they will grow back..not had by brows done for a while because they hardly grow, doesn’t give me much hope! Appreciate I wasn’t expected to pay but now I have to fork out on products to make them look slightly even as they look absolutely terrible.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

Absolutely brilliant service from Camberley team - needed my nails done in emergency before a wedding less than 24 hours before and they helped tremendously. I was very nervous  about having my eyebrows waxed today. I met a lady called Beena with an amazing  aura. She walked through the process and told me to be relaxed. This lady is always very professional, taking her time to do job properly and talking you step by step what she is going to do..Once again thank you Nawam, as I know that you were about to go for your break. But when I’ve asked about you, then you even didn’t hesitate to come and provide the service for me. Appreciate your hard work and dedication. Definitely will be back for more services!
